OC working with elite athletes in the Austrian Alps...

Anna Bloch (20) is currently based out in Radstadt in Austria working with Team Evolution, which trains some of the GB athletes for the Alpine World Cup, Youth Olympic Games and World Championships. Anna is catering for 30 athletes and 10 staff, working with a nutritionist/dietician, menu planning and budgeting to keep everyone well fed and able to perform at the highest levels of their sport. She is also managing to get a bit of skiing in too!
