Join us for a fun and relaxed alfresco party, bringing together the Churcher's community, to celebrate midsummer in style and raise much needed funds for the Richard Churcher Foundation and the Parents' Assocation. 

Welcome drink - enjoy a drink on the house!  

Two-course dinner – set in a beautifully decorated marquee on the Headmaster's Lawn.

Dancing and entertainment – dance the night away to a fantastic, live band. 

Fundraising

Silent auction - A wide range of items where guests will have the chance to submit multiple bids over the course of the evening – the highest bidder at a set time wins the item.

Live auction - A small range of unique or money can’t buy experiences / items which will be sold by a professional auctioneer.

Suggested categories and examples:
→ Travel – unique experience / summer villa / ski chalet
→ Sport – tickets / bespoke experience / premier event
→ Events – hard to get / behind the scenes → sport, music, theatre
→ Food and drink – local destinations / Michelin Star / private dining experience / fine wine

Sign up parties - You’ll have the chance to sign up for a range of fun, themed events hosted by our parent community throughout the year. This might be a dinner, a group activity, a party, an outing – with a set price. A great way to get together, meet new people, try something new and have a lot of fun at the same time.

FAQs

Dress code

Midsummer florals and relaxed party casual. 

Food and drink

A paid bar (cash and card accepted) will be available throughout the evening, offering a range of soft and alcoholic drinks. Tables will be arranged in a welcoming banquet style and seats will be unreserved.

Parking

Parking will be available on the school site. Please enter via the main entrance on Ramshill, turn right at the roundabout, and follow signs to the car park behind the Music School. Cars may be left overnight (at your own risk) and collected the following morning.

Photography

There will be photography at the event, which will be shared through our communication channels for promotional purposes. Please let us know if you would prefer for your image not to be used.
